A careful exterior refresh for a characterful brick outbuilding and garage complex. The restoration removed the visually heavy black finish from the timber-faced doors and cladding, revealing a lighter, more natural appearance while retaining the building's original brickwork, joinery and rural character.

What was needed
We prepared the outbuilding elevations and garage doors, working methodically across the coated timber surfaces and around the brick piers, ironmongery and adjoining details. Low-impact abrasive cleaning was controlled to lift the aged dark coating and surface grime without unnecessarily eroding the underlying material, leaving clean, even surfaces ready for the owner's chosen protection or finish.
