Will abrasive blasting blow out my brickwork mortar?
We calibrate blast pressures and use fine rounded or micro-abrasives to avoid dislodging sound mortar. Soft or degraded historic lime mortar will be inspected during the initial test patch.
Can all types of masonry paint be removed from brick?
Most oil, acrylic and latex masonry paints lift effectively. Multi-layered rubberised or elastomeric coatings may require tailored media or heat-assisted preparation.
