A coordinated restoration of a weathered oak entrance porch, substantial oak outbuilding and hardwood gates at a private UK residence. Birmingham Sandblasting used a carefully controlled, low-impact blasting approach to lift ingrained dirt and grey weathering while respecting the timber's character. The refreshed oak grain and cleaned stonework give the entrance and surrounding buildings a brighter, more cared-for appearance.

What was needed
Prepare and protect the surrounding property, then gently remove accumulated grime, surface discolouration and weathered fibres from the oak porch, outbuilding and gates. Clean the porch's stone surrounds with an appropriate controlled treatment, work around joints and detailed timber elements, and leave the restored surfaces even, clean and ready for the owner's chosen protective finish.
