Preparation
Floors below are protected with drop cloths and boards. Electrical fittings, smoke detectors and ceiling insulation are masked and sealed.
Aftercare
All high-level ledges and structural timbers are vacuumed down. Timbers can be treated with clear intumescent coatings or natural matte oils as required.

Can you blast high A-frame trusses without damaging the roof felt or insulation above?
Yes. Blast nozzles are angled away from roof linings and controlled at low pressures with fine media, cleaning only the exposed faces of the timber truss.
